Project Overview
In this project, I formed mycelium into small blocks and stacked them up into an architectural model. When these small blocks are stacked, it doesn’t take a long time to think about how to stack them, it’s just a simple matter of aligning a certain point or line to create a form like this. And this stacking action can go on forever.
Process
I laser cut the acrylic and then joined the acrylic together to create these little blocks to hold the mycelium.
